[Q] selinux

I tried to root my samsung galaxy s3 gt-i9305

i use the wrong file the one for gt-i9300

It got stuck in download mode. Anyway s sended it away to repair.
got it back all works fine.

but now i saw selinux enforcing. In phone option.
now i was wondering can i still root my phone with odin now it has that selinux enforcing ???

What i understand is

you can still root the phone. Only some apps wont have root access
