[MOD] No Increasing Ringtone + HOW to !

Every time I try to use apktool or baksmali I get tons of warnings and in the output directory SecPhone there is no .dex file.

Any way you can help me out? I'd like to know how to get rid of the warnings and do it myself. I cant find what I am doing wrong.

I am on a T-mobile galaxy s4 sgh-m919 running a rooted 4.2.2

I have attached my current SecPhone files.
