instructions


  • take a cwm backup
  • download and install jkay deluxe framework supported version from here ,then boot to operating system(don't install my theme straight after installing the jkay's deluxe framework )
  • copy elegant theme latest version zip to sd card
  • reboot to cwm
  • flash the zip via recovery (zip will wipe dalvik cache automatically)
  • reboot and enjoy ! :)

Beautiful theme, but 2 small things:

The wifi connection icon is not in the same blue as the rest of the theme + the circle battery icon (called "hires" in jkay) is not themed. There is no way to let it become blue.

Here I go again ^^
The sound toggle on status bar has only 2 states: sound on and muted. There is one state in between missing for vibrate mode.

Can you make this theme support for 23 toggles as well?. Doesn't work without JKay Mod on Omega V.40.

Copy the systemiu.apk of omega after install the theme in system/apk folder.

Yes, you can install the theme withouth jk framework, but the systemiu fc, then copy the systemiu.apk of the omega rom in system/apk/ and reboot.

i test it(V.3.00) in WanamLite 4.1.2 JB V5.8 MR2 it work very good but i remove SystemUI.apk from it to work in this rom

Ok... I have the same problem...
This is my issue... bootloop... or stops in "upgrade of Android"
So....
Kernel syiah (samsung base rom is the first)
Wipe data
install rom (all xema2 foxhound, wanamalite, etc...)
Reboot
Install jkay
Reboot
Install theme (elegant theme, or red theme, or aosp jkay theme)
Reboot
Bootloop...
Why? Why? Why? Why?
If I install the theme before jkay it is ok, but when I install jkay, bootloop..
It is my sdcard? There is something there?
Sorry for crossposting, but I must understand...

Installed but systemui.apk fc so had to replace it with the one from omega's. But I noticed my status bar isn't changed. Can you please port just the systemui.apk for omega rom?

One bug found: after installing the theme, I can't hear any volume from phone's front speaker. It broke the call audio.

14.91 is not for MR2 afaik,its still for MA2
so when JKay updates to MR2 I will update the theme

This theme have nothing to do with audio,so really doubt theme cause this error

I know that 14.91 is not for XXEMR2.
I wanted to know if I can update from 14.9 to14.91 on MA2 and if your great theme is still working then.

    Introduction,

    This theme is made for anyone who is looking for a more elegant user interface in their Samsung Galaxy S3's & for those who simply don't like Samsung's plastic looking touchwiz ui ;) Theme is inspired by Sony Xperia NXT design & UI !
    For now only support Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 stock deodexed firmwares and any rom based on these firmwares.Maybe in future I will make a theme for cm theme chooser but this is a big maybe since cm is not that stable in S3 yet.

    Over 1000 icons from stock Samsung apps are changed :D lot more is theme'd than what is shown in sshots And this theme @ version 1.00 is still a work in progress,there are more things needs to be theme'd ;)

    Instructions


    1. Install the latest Archiport version.
    2. Install a S5 app mod pack.
    3. Move SecGallery2014.apk to system\app from priv-app folder.
    4. Take a cwm backup.
    5. Install the theme & reboot.

    If you don't follow the * steps then it will probably boot loop or the apps won't be themed !

    In the recent months I had lot of exams and my part time job was taking all the time I had so sorry it took long time to update the theme to support latest fw's.I am juggling studies on cima,8 exams before September and job with the university degree.So if you enjoy my work and think I deserve something please consider and add a small donation through paypal :) This will help me with my degree as expenses are very high when u are a student living alone with a odd job :/



    Also I will update the theme and theme each other sammy system apk's left in coming months, but due to exams it will take some time but I will do it :)

    About Author,
    Well I am Thilina Abeykoon & from small island Sri Lanka :) currently studying for university entrance exams in commerce stream of subjects.
    I first started modding mobiles way back in 2006 with my old Sony Ericsson W810i.Came a long way with non smart phone modding from W810i to W995i from Sony Ericcson.Then brought my first smartphone Xperia Neo V.Guys from Xperia 2011/2012 forums should know me well I guess :p :laugh: then after few months decided to change the sony brand after 7 years for a change and here I am with Galaxy S3 =) Now you might be wondering why the hell I wrote this :p well the v1.0 theme zip is still in upload and I finished writing the op of the thread and had nothing to do :cowboy: Hope you guys enjoy my first theme to Galaxy SIII :cool:
