LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo.

Here is the first Android 10 for Serranovelte GT-I9195I. Of course everything is still pretty much at the beginning ( There aren't even official gapps yet ).
There could be mistakes here and there.
E.g. battery display in percent does not work. Lack of translation in other languages. Possibly other things too.
But a lot of things are already working quite well.

Whats working?
All Sensors
Mobile data
LiveDisplay support

1. Download the zip(s)
2. Install a compatible Recovery (TWRP 3.2.x or higher is recommended)
3. Perform a backup of your current ROM (Optional)
4. Make a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik)
5. Flash LineageOS
6. Optional: Install the Google Apps (search for BiTGApps-arm-10.0.0-)
7. Reboot

Works well. Just one issue is my SD card doesn't get recognised (and it did and daniles ROMs). Everything else is perfect though

ROM works without restrictions. It is not fully translated into Polish yet. Several applications can not install on Android 10 like: Disa, Messenger, Duo ... The system works fast. I keep looking for mistakes so that I won't find them. Thank you!

SD-Card detected flawlessly
  1. TWRP 3.2.3 (TWRP-3.2.3-lineage-15.1_j1_20181016_serranove3g.tar)
    EDIT: Correct TWRP is here
  2. Full Wipe + Format
  3. Android 10 (
  4. GAppsPico (
Seamless procedure

I used an old lying-around 2GB-card as source for installing the zips.
It was presented in "Storage" as expected.

Very stable
I've been testing ROM extensively. No crashes so far. Looks very stable.
Amazing work

"Trust" doesn't seem to be working as I'm used to.
More specifically I was looking for the Trust icon (Privacy Guard) in the status bar that allows per-app-modifying the permissions of the running app. Does it have to be activated?

Tested this Rom, works very good and stable. Also 64GB SD-Card works fine.
Amazing work!!!

What's not working for me:
-reverse Tethering
-30% of the apps I'm using not available for this version
-the letters in menu are sometimes "blurred" (screenshot)

- The unrolled bar shows the battery icon and its percentage (fig1). Only the battery icon is visible in the normal status bar (fig2). There is no way to set a different configuration (no other selection works).
- Styles & Wallpapers can set the custom style but it can not be named and checked, it is always Custom 1 and unmarked (fig3).

- 30% of the apps I'm using not available for this version
Are those available on a different phone or ROM running Android 10 yet?
I have a similiar experience like you. When imported from my Nougat phone nearly all of them work with no limitation so far. But for some of them I will wait until they are in the Playstore. It's not my daily driver yet - but a promising candidate
- reverse Tethering
Interesting! How did you do that on any other than this ROM? Just curious.
- the letters in menu are sometimes "blurred" (screenshot)
Black wallpaper helped me. Worth a try.
EDIT: Black Wallpaper doesn't prevent blurredness. Just makes it harder to spot.

Display doesn't look as sharp and rich in contrast as on my DualCore-S4Mini.Duos(GT-i9192)@LOS14 which was produced about a year earlier.
Probably hardware related. But who knows. Right now I'm a litttle bit reluctant to go back to stock just to check. Maybe you can help me out with your display experiences? And are there any (hidden) display values somewhere that I could manipulate?
