I'm using Signal on a Lineage OS installation on my S4 Mini Duos. However, when using it to make calls, there is an echo on the other end. This is a known problem. The developer can fix it by putting the device on a blacklist. However, he requests the problem be confirmed with a stock rom first.
Therefore the following request: could someone using a stock rom test whether, when using Signal to make a call, there is an echo on the other end (so whether or not you hear an echo is irrelevant, unless the other end also uses an S4 Mini, of course). It may be that the echo only appears after a short while. Any version of the S4 Mini is relevant, but of course a Duos variant would be most useful. Please list the rom version information and Signal version together with your result (echo/no echo). Please use the most recent Signal from the Play Store if possible.
