Thx. But official roms do not work with Arters 11.3 kernel. Kyasus CM13 roms do though. So, that's probably where i will have to head to.

I tried them a long time and had massive battery drain (clean install after official 5.01), best until now for me is kyasu CM13 port.

Okay, test your network speed via speedtest. If speedtest show you bad result then it's propably problem with ROM. Maybe check value network in build.prop of this rom and another (the system on which the internet works correctly)
