I haven't followed touchwiz roms for a very long time now.. I have been using lineageos nougat/oreo based roms.
But I want to try a touchwiz rom again mainly for the camera and battery life.

What is the best one?

in my World of understanding all this Android-Verse. Not a single TouchWiz can be called optimized or good for this Phone - TouchWiz from the old Days already sucked almost 700MB of the only 2GB RAM - just for being loaded...

so in my opinion best you can do is what i do - CFW RR or CFW DotOS (RR with Android 9) and DotOS very Soon with Android 9) best Batterylife - i run atleast 2 Days without charge @normal usage
