Do Not Disturb for calendar events

Android Marshmallow has a feature for creating rules to enable Do Not Disturb, I can't find out how to do this on my S7, has this been excluded from Touchwiz?

In Marshmallow - Settings > Sound & notification > Do not disturb > Automatic rules

Thanks, however, that section only allows you to configure what exceptions are allowed during 'Do Not Disturb' but it doesn't allow you to activate 'Do Not Disturb' based on events is selected calendars. What I am looking for is a feature to automatically enable 'Do Not Disturb' when I am in a meeting, based on my work calendar.

I see what you mean, yea I can't see a way to have the calendar (S planner) events control DND either, but I see that the capability is within Marshmallow itself

Maybe a 3rd party calendar would be able to do it, not a great solution

Or a long winded method, would be to manually set DND to the same schedule as your calendar day by day

Bit of a learning curve to use the app, but seems like it can definitely do what you're looking for

I set it here to enable Do Not Disturb for any calendar event that had an event description containing the word "Busy"

I've only been moderately successful using Tasker in the past, but I own it. I'll see if I can get it to do what I am looking for. Thanks!

My apologies for butting in, but my problem is related to this enabling DND with bespoke rules. Apparently automatic rules are part of Android 7 onwards, but it is not in the menu on my S7 - I am trying automatically enable DND whenever my phone connects to my car bluetooth - does anyone know how this can be done?

I made a Tasker app that does this - it even has a gui. I have a titanium backup with the app in it, but I don't have a rooted phone at the moment. I could load it in Memu I suppose...

Anyway, here are links to the Tasker backup. The program worked well in Android 5 and exported as an app decently.

I made a Tasker app that does this...

Dang! This is pretty good for someone with no programming experience. If there is any interest, I'll polish this up.
