Sudden battery drain then bootloop

I was listening to music on my way home and I know I still have at least 30% then the music suddenly stopped. I tried turning my phone on but it didn't, so when I went home, I charged it. It says I have 0% so I waited until I have gotten enough charge then tried to open my phone. Boot loop. Tried reflashing a new rom and it's still on boot loop for 30 mins now
