I'm trying to install these files but none of them installs saying file corrupt or conflict with existing package.

To avoid the conflict with existing package message you have to reboot your device with secure startup activated. Probably you'll have to delete cache just before rebooting etc but try to enable secure startup and reboot and you should be able to install Bixby (and update existing samsung apps to newer versions for which your device is "incompatible" as long as they don't crash)
