Steps to Flash Android Pie (working on my S8)
Flash AP, BL and CP and Home CSC file via odin of the US carrier (might need to reset data)
Side load sec_omc.zip file for Pie (link below) via adb (step 12)
dowload https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zZL...w?usp=drivesdk (Thanks to @Kulyash for uploading the file)
sec_omc.zip Installation will show fail message on phone screen and installation will show as aborted. Wait for a minute and let it reboot itself. (takes some time)
Factory reset data if required.
Enjoy Pie with Volte

Two questions-
1. Is Home CSC necessary or we can flash normal CSC?
2. Can we flash G950U1 firmware on G950U with bootloader 5?

1. Either is fine. Infact works without too.

2. Don't know about the model difference but as long as hardware is same why not.

Volte on S8 plus pie working.

I already had volte unlocked on oreo.
So I flashed the US firmware pie file and the sideloaded latest sec omc from indian firmware.

No need to reset data. My phone was not wiped during the process. Just updated to pie.

Okay, So I got VoLTE working on my N950U.
I am currently on pie with jio sim inside.

1. Flashed stock pie N950U1 firmware.
2. Flashed combination firmware (refer screenshot) (only AP) ( flashed oreo AP on pie, no problem for me)
3. Extracted sec_omc.zip from N950F (PIE firmware)
4. Booted to factory binary.
5. Followed steps From first post.
6. Flashed stock pie N960U1 again.
7. Sideloaded sec_omc.zip which i extracted before.
8. Factory reset from recovery.
9. Reboot
10. VOILA voLTE worked like charm.

I have attached a screenshot. Please refer to the file names.

I can confirm voLTE working on jio, airtel, voda sim.

Bro You just have to download N950U1 pie firmware N950U1UEU5DSC1 and also for N950F from updato website.
Then extract sec_omc.zip from the N950F firmware.
Factory reset your phone.
Flash the U1 firmware through odin.
Let it boot dont setup accounts just yet.
Now connect your phone to pc.
Reboot to recovery.
Sideload sec_omc.zip
Factory reset again.
Reboot.
( Make sure you have jio sim inside throughout the process )
I think you will get volte.
