Even I was thinking to downgrade from stock pie to this rom but will it make my usage more faster and responsive the basic interface

Dude just flash the rom with TWRP! you dont need anything else.

You can not just flash the rom, need to flash Oreo bootloader and modem and you cant with odin i already trie if you just flash the rom you will have bootloops

It's a kernel issue, not an Android version issue. Flashing the modem is necessary if u want better net and cell service. Bootloader just makes the phone boot up.
