  To do list :
• Remove anything linked to the Chromium webview

• 
  Same as cm11,repeating for newbies
  Way 1 :
  1) Turn off your galaxy Y
  2)After boot in the download mode by pressing the three button combination (volume down + home + power button)
  3)Connect cable and open ODIN in PC
  4)Press Volume UP then . Download Recovery from here and flash it via ODIN (PDA Section)
  5)then it will reboot at recovery, In recovery, , format everything in Mounts And Storage menu except sdcard, then go to install ZIP from SDcard, flash the ported ROM (See in download section)
  6)Reboot and if everything goes fine, ROM will take 6mins or more to boot
  7) Install scripts,then reboot
  Way 2 :
  1)On stock rom,flash this CWM then flash this TWRP
  2)Reboot recovery
  3)In TWRP, wipe everything, then mount everything, then flash the rom and reboot

well,that's a bug of cm11 . to unlock ur SIM card,go back to stock rom which is for your region .ex : dxmj1 is for Vietnam,Philipines,Indonesia,etc . and unlock your SIM with galaxy toolbox here .Then install this rom again :v

sell,that's the gapps you've used bug,make sure that you're using this gapps . I also noot recomended to use gapps, it makes cm11 slow as hell

why don't you post it in the Q&A section,it's not my rom's bugs . and the solution for that is try to use the lastest stock rom for Brazil . I also have another solutio but it's kinda risky, try to flash the cm7 gapps
