Probably the most stable and awesome cm7 ROM fully Lollipop (material) themed ,originally this ROM is for LG Optimus ME p350, Then I took cm7 bielt.v's as base, ported and modded,
Howeva we can install now it on our Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360
(I am not the one who built totally this ROM,But yeaah I've ported it for our device and modded it a lot! , (cause porting wasn't enough
)put efforts for it, spent time for it ,all credits to its maker (shelowe) ...He IS THE BOSS (Check credits section must!) )A complete lollipop experience

Solution 1:
Gotta follow some steps
1)Clear Data/Cache of GooglePlayStore/GoogleServicesFramework and many more google ****ts
2)Download the latest playstore from here Here
3)Install it
4)Reboot to recovery and do a wipe dalvik cache
Solution 2:
try wiping the whole system/data/cache/android secure/sd ext, flash the rom, upgrade playstore from Here , then add account and try that

Installation:
Same as cm7 bielt.v ( Check This Link )
here it is:
NOTE: if you are on an EXT4 ROM jump to step 5. If you don't know, flash stock ROM and follow ALL the steps.
1 (RECOMMENDED) Be on a stock ROM, installation will be cleaner, otherwise corruptions may occur, DONT CALL THEM AS ROM BUG
2 Download THIS>>( Link ) EXT4 tool, the Kernel Kernel Link and the Lollipop ME ROM on your device. (From Download Section)
3 Flash on Samsung recovery (or your recovery if you are not on stock), bielt.v 's temp. CWM. Link
4 When you are on the Temp. CWM, flash the EXT4 Formatter tool, so whole system will be converted to EXT4. (Stock filesystem is RFS)
5 After the installation, flash bielt.v 's kernel you have downloaded before.
6 When the Kernel is installed, go, on the CWM, to advanced --> reboot recovery (this will reboot the device, and turn it on on the new CWM of kernel)
7 Wipe data, cache and dalvik
8 (IMPORTANT) Go to mounts and storage, and Make sure system is mounted (will show unmounted) mount it 2 times or more! Otherwise ZIP wont flash, Every time you flash a ZIP, U need to do this
9 Go to install zip from SD Card, choose zip from SD card and install your ROM(from downloads section) (MAKE SURE installation last more than 5 seconds, if is less than 5 seconds, your system is unmounted! repeat step 8 ).
10 After installation, go back and reboot system, if you made it good, ROM boots, so no problem on it.
11 Go to settings>System>Interface>Notification Power widget>Untick the power widget option
Installing LollipopMe Patch:
After installing the ROM and wait till it boots, reboot to recovery
Then mount everything, mount system 3-4 times, (then everything will show as unmount)
Then install LollipopMePatch.zip , reboot and voila everything will be fixed
