[GT-S5360][HELP]My phone cannot call and messaging

After I flash custom rom, I cannot call anyone or messaging. But the IMEI is still there and the contacts on the sim card are loaded. I'm using Purekat v3.0 rom and Black Reactor kernel(cm ver.). Any ideas?

EDIT: I recently odin my phone with malaysia firmware but problem still there. Here is the information I get when dial *#*#1234#*#*
PDA: S5360DXMJ1
PHONE: S5360DXMI1
CSC: S5360OLBMJ1

check it using "dial *#06#"
if no IMEI, try flashing DHD1 for GT-S5360

No, IMEI still there, also I already odin with malaysia package from here:

But problem still persist, showing emergency call only.

Why u flash cm kernel on non-cm rom?
Flash Black reactor v5.0 not CM version
