Hello everyone, first of all I apologize for the writing errors, I'm using the translator.
I am having problems with my Gear S3 after trying to pass a ROM GEAR S3 R760XXU2BQH1 STOCK ROM_OXA_MULTI CSC.
It was passing through the Wifi-net -odin and in the middle of the process failed, so I restarted the clock and went to try to put it in download mode but it is locked in this screen "attached image" and does not appear the option of AP MODE.

If you have the same problems with your (bricked) S3 then go to download wirelessly mode en as soon as you see the flower then push the power button 2 seconds en let it go for 1 second, than push it again for 2 seconds en let it go for one and so on til you get him in to download wirelessly mode. May take some attempts but it saves my ass a few times.

Hold Power key for 2 seconds...
Release 1 second
Hold Power key for 2 seconds...
Release 1 second
.
.
.
.

This helped me few times. :good:

I have count 1 2 3 4 5 then released... hold... 12... release...

Hold long... release short...

Repeat...

Timing is important.

Best Regards

1 - When I try to use Recovery, it only appears on this screen, I left it for about 30 minutes and it does not leave this screen

23915878_1691013220972787_4604512196725241656_n.jpg

2 - The reactivation lock is disabled as in the image below!

Try maybe again...

After do this:
1.
Recovery

Maybe it reset.

2.
Check Download Mode...
Maybe you can upload Photo like this:
https://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=73607036&postcount=1

Is Reactivation Lock on? Or off?

Easier Photo... so I can see all infos.

Best Regards

I'm having the exact same problem with my S3. I can't get the wireless AP mode anymore and when I boot into Download mode it shows the same as original posters screen. Official/Official, Reactivation Lock off etc.

I've tried doing this hold release trick but it's not working for me. But I have no idea if I have the timing right and even your own post contradicts yourself. Eg "Hold power for 2 seconds, release 1 second". But then further below you say "I have count 1 2 3 4 5 then released... hold... 12... release...". That implies holding the power button for 5 seconds. So which is it? Any chance of a video or something to get a better idea of what the exacting timing should be?

@MrKeh

I mean really count in mind... not Seconds...

Depend on how fast you count...

You could try to use Stop Watch... if this helps you...

I have used only "Feelings"...

Summary...
1 Button
Hold longer
release Key
Hold shorter
release Key
Hold longer
.
.
.

It is only 1 Key... and timing question...

Question.
This Picture from post 1 is still for hours:
https://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=74648355&postcount=1

Or after few seconds gone?

If I remember correct.
My SM-R760 shows this Pic for few seconds... then goes black... (reboot)...

In worst case scenario... it is possible you have less luck...

And USB cable required...

Sorry.

Best Regards

I guess I'll keep on trying more. But so far no luck. In any case I'll just try claiming warranty on it before I go messing around with soldering usb connections. Since the knox is not triggered and it shows samsung official in the download screen it will probably still pass their warranty checks at the service center.

To answer your question. The screen stays there until I hold down the power button to reset.

Hello, yesterday I left the Samsung technical support, I said that an update arrived and when I was updated gave an error and the clock did not start, let's see what they told me if they said that I changed via Odin and did not want to fix this. I'll open and try via USB cable, thanks for the tips. If I have any news, I'll let you know

Well I brought my Gear S3 to the Samsung service centre. I got a service document that says it's covered under full warranty and that it should be fixed by the end of the week. Yay for not having to open it up and solder a usb cable!

I'm having the same problem in my SM-R770 Gear S3 Classic, with no luck in the process to enter in AP mode. The watch is stuck in the flower(tizen logo), when I enter in Download(wireless).
If someone have a hint, please help :)

Sorry...

The only new "idea" is... to check if battery is empty or how much "juice" is available...

Power off and check in Charger?

Is Gear S3 charging?

If yes...
Is it near 100 % or lower 30 %

Maybe battery tooo low to enable WiFi again...

Sorry, I have no idea.
Why this fails...

But please check battery power...
Maybe it is simple protection if battery toooo low...  :(

Best Regards

Battery was very low, but when I put in the charger, the red light of the charger blinks, and the watch doesn't charge.
I finally take the courage and disassembly the watch and use the normal odin :)
Now it's everything ok

thanks @adfree :good:

Today I have killed my SM-R732 shortly... with some Upload Mode "tests"...

Recovery not worked... seems do nothing...
And Gear S2 hangs at Logo...

So I played with every menu ...
and after Factory command... what ever this is...
My Gear S2 configured again... and is now alive.
Puhhhh.

Code:
Normal Firmware Combination BQC2	Combination CQK2

[COLOR="Red"]Select REBOOT MODE	Select REBOOT MODE	Select REBOOT MODE
[/COLOR]
Continue Continue Continue
Download Upload Upload
- Download Download
Download (Wireless)	Upload (Wireless)	Upload (Wireless)
Factory command Download (Wireless)	Download (Wireless)
Recovery Factory command Factory command
Poweroff Recovery Partition Dump
- Poweroff Recovery
- Poweroff

Depend on Firmware... because param file related... what we see in this menu...

Maybe it is worth to try EVERY line, before give up...

Minimum attempt:
Recovery----> for Factory Reset

If not work...
Try also Factory command...

Look also into Upload and Upload (wireless) if avaliable...

Sometimes some info in Upload Mode on Screen visible... in red letter...

Maybe repeat few times... in different orders...

Only idea...

Best Regards

Hey guys,

I'm gunna jump into this aswell.. I've been trying to enable S-Pay on my watch like everyone else. Following the Flashing CSC file my device just stopped on the downloading screen and my computer said complete. So I restarted device and now RIP - getting the same issues as everyone else here. It seems i've bricked the device. It hangs on the Wireless download screen like someone posted in a screenshot earlier. It hangs on the Logo screen if booted up. It won't charge - screen lights up with lightning bolt and base will flash red. None of the startup options work. They mainly just hang on the following screen.

Any thoughts?
