Thanks.

If you do not have a special SD card with changable CID and you have set it to a cid value which came with map data, you can not.
Read thru previus post for more info.

If you have such card just insert in a sd slot and it will work.

Suzuki SX4 S-Cross SLDA
Hello.
I'm own the Suzuki SX4 S-Cross Boosterjet 2018 by Magyar.
Please help me to ensure that 1870 firmware is suitable for my SLDA. The current firmware version is 1860.1_180327.
Can I upgrade to 1870?
Thank you in advance.

My Vitara is from 2016 and I have been updating since then without any problems. If a direct update to 1870 doesn't work, you can try to update in steps. You can find all the versions in this thread.

No. Maps are independent from the firmware version of the SLDA. As long as you keep your SD card in the slot, you'll have navigation. Android Auto works fine with the latest firmware, I use it every day. Actually Android Auto is more dependent on the phone/cable used.

Thank you all guys, yesterday I updated to 1870 and everything works fine! No any visible changes noticed but it's pleased to know that the system is up to date and ready to right interaction with last things (and is still with me ).
