KingSing S2 Black, LG G3/G2 Clone? KnockOn, 4.4 Kitkat, Backside buttons

Unboxing & First Hands One

Full Review (check the video description on Youtube for MORE info)

Pros & Cons
+ Buttons on the back as on the LG G2 / G3
+ Android 4.4.2 KitKat (Google Camera works) / Playstore
+ KnockOn, to wake the S2 from the stand-by mode
+ Guest mode works!
+ UI / Layout very close to what can be found on the LG G2 / G3
+ 1:1 LG G2 dialer
+ Quick Gesture entry when the screen is off, eg W is Web browser, C Clock, etc.
+ 5 inch QHD IPS with 960x540 pixels only, but the screen ist still colorful and well
+ MTK6582 1.3Ghz Quad Core, 1GB RAM / 8GB ROM - phone is smooth!
+ 4-way Air gestures, Air-accept call, video smart pause, Palm motion

- 8MP camera, the camera is not worth mentioning, is average
- WiFi is ok, but could be faster / stronger
- Heart rate sensor (Fake or Real? - I have my doubt)

ROOT
I rooted it with the "read back" root method. MTK droid Tools & SP Flash Tool.

Stock 4.4.2 ROM with ROOT

Poor 3G reception.
Hi,
I've received my S2 4 day ago.
It's wonderfull, very little, fast enought...
But I've big problem with 3g reception: very very poor!
Only if it is closed to the cell bridge you have a good signal, otherwise it change in GSM mode.
Compared with my ZTE V970 (not a champion!) it have 15 dB less in 3G mode!
So it's unusable!

GPS and WiFi is weak too.
No problem in GSM mode.

Have you same problem?
Thanks.

EDIT:

SOLVED!!!

I've opened my phone, and view that internal side of film antenna for GSM (that's for 3G too) was a little crooked; I've detached and re-attached it properly. NOW MY PHONE WORK PRETTY-WELL IN 3G NOTWORKS!

It's not a champion of reception, but it's usable now!

I'm happy...

3G depends on what frequency/network your carrier uses. It can be different from carrier to carrier or country to country.
Mine is always connected to 3G (here in Germany), but I agree that the signal is stronger with GSM only. GPS is ok, not the fastest though, the same with the WiFi, the range is good enough, but I also could wish the speed was faster.

Sorry but there is nothing called "SystemUI" inside system/apps. But the other files I have, you can get them here:

Sorry S7yler, and thanks. I've forgot on 4.4 the /system changed a bit. I guess you can find the SystemUI.apk or LGSystemUI.apk on a folder called priv-app, inside /system.

Thanks S7yler, i've themed the SystemUI, to have the G3 look on Toogles of status bar.
If you want try, simply put this modded systemUI on the same priv-app folder, and set permissions to rw-r-r, maybe during the process the phone will reboot before you put permissions, but will but normally. Anyway, if you wanna try this. Have a good backup of your Rom in hands to flash if something goes wrong, and also backup the SystemUI.apk, you already has it on mediafire, btw it's up to you.

If you try this, let me know if you like, and show some screens. You can theme more the notification bar, with the XBlast tool for Xposed.
