Need help picking my new phone

I want to buy a new phone and I need suggestions. It can be a phone that's alrcall day out or that is on its way.

I'm looking for a phone that I can download movies,music and watch streams. Good wifi connection, Good sound with my headphones. A fast phone, good storage, ram, good battery life. Multitasking? I will use a lot for daily life, navigate, planning, writing,

I don't need a good camera and display( because I will transfer my movies and skype in my iPad)
