Do you have checked the screenshots I have attached ? Is there anything wrong ?

I'm wondering if I have the right combination firmware for my J610FN ?

About 10 days ago before every problems we solve with that phone, I have been in the same situation, I couldn't unlock the developer mode.

Do you know if there is another solution to open the developer mode ?

If there is no developer mode then you may have to use a different way to disable frp.
Is there an option to factory reset anywhere in the settings?

Check for adb access.
Ensure you have the adb binary on your PC. Open a command prompt in the same directory as the adb binary.
Ensure USB cable is attached. Allow USB debugging when asked.

At the command prompt type:

adb devices

What is the response?
