Press recents, swipe away EXKM to close it.

Go to Magisk, make sure access is granted to EXKM, and make sure root is not hidden.

Open EXKM and it will have root.

If it doesn't, then you have some other problem not related to EXKM

Thank you so much sir, that was the one thing I hadn't tried and it works beautifully. Very nice app, I'm a happy camper.

Hi, it happens that some of the kernel wakelocks can't be disabled: if I click on them, it still shows "permitted". Is it the correct behaviour?
I have some annoying wakelock i'd really like to disable but can't do so.
Thx

@flar2

I'm having issues while trying to disable some cores. None of the cores I set to be disabled are actually being disabled. I mean, on the dashboard I am not able to see "offline" on any of the cores.

Xiaomi MiA1, latest havoc2.2 (android pie 9.0.0) with moun kernel and latest february firmware with clean install.

Thank you by advance.

It's a futile battle on many phones now, as there are a number of things that override the setting and bring cores back online.

Apparently my kernel doesnt have a hotplug to disable cores whenever I set it to.

Thank you tho.

Hi!

Hmmm is it possible to manual define, which core is activated?
If I have activated all LITTLE cores and 2 big ones, phone nexus 6p is freezing.
If all bigLITTLE cores are active, then freezing is less frequent. If all LITTLE and only one big is active, phone works perfectly.

I dont know if my wish is possible but,...

Why not activate all ? Hot plugging is not recommended any more for modern the most recent CPUs ,but the option is usually in the CPU section
