Hi again,
in this case, I will post my email to google in here, too.
"To whom it may concern,
I am a frequent user and buyer of services by google. I understand that I trade data for the services rendered and that is fine with me.
While I am very satisfied with the overall quality of your services and products, I wish to address one issue that really bothers me: OBD Support in Android Auto!
I love Android Auto and use it every single day! I have in fact waited for a software just like this, to bring together my favorite phone applications and make them usable inside the car. In fact, in the past ten years while smart phones were on the rise, I have made numerous attempts on my own that included a crazy amount of adapters, cradles and cables.
Now we have Android Auto and while maps and calls are great, I have bought my new radio with one more feature in mind: read OBD info!
This is the single piece that completes the puzzle. My car is from 2005 and does not have a fancy LED dashboard like other cars today.
Thanks to the ODB2 Plugin from Emil Borconi (developed at XDA Labs), I am finally able to do that.

With it, my car tells me if the roads get icey and when the engine has operating temperature. It warns me of traffic cameras and dangerous situations ahead. I always have the most important gauges in view - just like the old analogue gauges I had in my 72 Buick and 72 Toronado! Only digital and better!
Unfortunately, after updating to AA 3.0+, this plugin no longer works. I understand that there are issues with it going against certain guidelines.
I believe that this - while technically justifiable - does not do this application justice. If you look at the attached picture you will see that the information presented in this app does not distract the drive and is purely informative. It is not flashing, not disturbing, not loud and does not require my interaction.
Being a true innovation to the Google play store and a real improvement for people driving cars that don't have expensive LED instrument panels, I would like to make a case for this app.
Please alllow this app onto Android Auto and into the store. This is where it truly belongs.
Thank you very much for your consideration."
