Make sure devices are listed as Mot.../adb interface when in ap fastboot
may need to update drivers with Motorola_End_User_Driver_Installation_6.4.0
or MOTOROLA DEVICE MANAGER

XDA No Longer Recommends Dev-Host
http://www.xda-developers.com/xda-devhost/

If there is a file you cannot find any where other than Devhost, use caution
there may be several Download links on page.
Only one will be the correct one.
hover the mouse arrow over the download links, the correct one will have a
http://fs1.devhost.xda-developers.com/download/
link

If there is an option for a download manager on the page, Uncheck the box.

After downloading the file, verify the MD5 checksum
