[Completed] i formatted my system by wrong what should i do?

iam using htc desire 510 64bit version and i rooted it and installed clockworkmod and it's working perfectly
by mistake, if formatted the system by wrong and when i power on the phone it stuck on the htc logo screen [something normal after FORMATTING THE WHOLE SYSTEM! :"( ]
now i should flash a new rom right?
if so, i know how to flash a new rom in this condition but i also want to know how to access my phone's memory and ext sd card from my pc in this condition
also i want to know how and where i can find a new rom (the original rom if possible) ?

I was unable to locate a stock rom as you did not specify the android version youre looking for(i dont own the phone)
