Where to buy a replacement screen?

Hey, I want to buy a new screen for my nexus 5, does any1 knows about a good place to buy?(ebay is good as well) and if I buy a screen with frame(which I don't really need) does it come with with camera and other stuff? my proximity sensor is not working.

I've replaced my screen twice, first without the frame which was a bit labour intensive (bought from ebay) and next together with the frame much easier in my view (bought from aliexpress). You have to transfer all the components to the new frame, cameras, buttons etc.
