I reflashed stock last night via the first method here and all went well.

Did it cos was having battery problems and have read that this might help and it seems like it might have done.

My question is will I have relocked the bootloader? From reading the rest of the thread, I don't think so, but not sure.

Not unless you did fastboot oem lock...

Flash D821 radio.img on D820
Once we have all the official image dumps from Google, would it be possible to have a D821 radio.img that could be flashed onto a D820 HW in order to enable the EU LTE bands, or is this just a dumb question?

There's a hardware difference, not a software one. The radio is the same on both.

When I download the .img, i do not recieve a zip file. Its a .tgz file that cannot be unzipped. Sorry noob question.

It can be unzipped using WinRAR.

Hi I have followed instructions but its failing to flash this to my nexus, I have unlocked bootloader etc. It just says failed.

Edit... placed on the root of my C\ drive worked like a charm.... thanks

Cheers, must if been because I was using desktop which is assigned to a different hard drive, then tried the C drive on me pc to see if it would work and it did.
