Anyone could achieve this with the Nexus 5? ( I mean, paying with erroneous Billing Address ). Or everybody is still stuck at Credit Card "Pre Authorization" process?

I read of a guy who couldn't (after the pre-authorization) here.

I ordered from UK play store and It has worked for me and no problems here... (already shipped - 16GB black)
Although i used entropay.com (to be on safe side) to pay and specify my forwarders shipping address as billing address.

For US use http://www.usunlocked.com/ for credit card as in U.S its very strict and you need to have a credit card with U.S billing address...For forwarder service use any you like.

Can anyone recommend a reliable package forwarding service in Europe, other than Borderlinx? Preferably one that's located in Germany and will forward the package to other European countries.

I've looked at Mailboxde.com and it seems genuine, but seeing as I plan on getting devices for a couple of friends as well, I'd rather not risk that kind of money blindly and would very much appreciate a nudge in the right direction by someone who has used these kind of services before.

Mailboxde is trusted....go ahead
Few of my friends have used it

I always use borderlinx.com and i trust them as they have shipped my nexus 7 and few other stuff without any delays and hassles.....Ok i pay a little premium but its worth it
