Hello! I've been unable to get my device registered for LTE on AT&T. I've been on the phone with them for a total of 6 hours at this point trying to get someone to fix this for me. I have the correct APN settings and LTE is enabled on my device but no one at AT&T has been able to help me. Any advice? I've asked for tier 2 every time and every time they say, oh I am tier 2. Bull crap! I hope I can get LTE enabled. My Moto X had LTE reception in this area so location is not an issue as both phones share the same bands. Any help would be most appreciated.
