Because faux built in a different location so you have to use his app.

On a side note, any possibility of you adding tap to wake like on the LG G2?
It would be awesome if you did, i'd even be willing to pay you to add the feature if that's what it took lol
+1
Even if it won't be the same gesture, just to not be forced to use the power button.

Franco, I've also been consistently experiencing this on r10, no undervolting, stock rom, no changes to the kernel settings. Running dalvik of course.

Oh! Testing right now !Nope, but there's an hidden feature that if you throw it on the wall it will turn off.
I've been reading every single post since the start of this thread !!
I purchased fku a while back (2 years ago I think) .. And I'm eagerly waiting for a "stable" or milestone version for the n5.
Even though I'm itching to try the r10
Can't thank you enough Franco, keep up the awesome work

Before I flash the franco Kernel, where is the stock kernel .img just in case I want to go back in the future? Did I miss it?
I can't seem to get this to actually get past the cyanogenmod loading screen after I flash it. I don't know if I'm inept or if it's a rom issue.
