Just wondering, how do you manage to have those smoooth animations into the multirom screen while selecting rom to boot, and there are 0 animations in any recovery I've ever seen? It would be awesome if you could add animations in your version of TWRP lol.

You can edit the updater-script of the ROM you want to install in the path:
META-INF/com/google/android
There you can change the required Bootloader version.

Is it possible to add/move the "Reboot to recovery"-button from the advanced tab of the bootmenu to the bottom of the ROM-List?

Glad I could help Two things:

1) Try using this only if your installed Bootloader is newer. It may work other way around too, but it is recommed to have the latest installed.
2) Would be awesome if you can use that Thanks button (but only if it really helped)

Will MultiROM be updated for supporting CM13, Android 6 etc?
I am getting error while installing CM13 as secondary ROM (Primary ROM is cataclysm 6.0)
Details of error: "system partition has unexpected contents after OTA update E:error executing updater binary in zip '/tmp/mr_update.zip' "

Please provide some guide.

for multirom , change for this meta-inf.

Get the zip file from this post (preferably on your computer):

(This is in the hammerhead CAF thread, but works as well for the regular hammerhead builds.)
Unzip that file.
Download the ROM.
Replace the META-INF folder inside the ROM zip file with the contents from the other file. Do not unzip the ROM, use a packer that lets you change it inside. (If you are interested, the responsible updater script is META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script. Only this really needs to be replaced.)
Copy the ROM on your phone and flash it. Your recovery needs to be set to skip file signature verification, because you just changed the file and thus its signature.

Also as seen in my screenshot you can just delete the highlighted lines in the updater script
