Per the OP, if you are not running the stock kernel that came with the Purity don't post bugs. Likely this is a franco kernel issue and nothing to do with the Rom. I have been using this Rom since the 3/9 using only the stock kernel and ElementalX kernel and have not had one redraw. And my used Ram at times pushes 1.3-1.4gb used. Clean flash the 3/9 rom and see if you have any redraws.

How it could be related to Purity rom? You don't even think it could be related to ExDialer?

No, it is not related to ExDialer. You can try any other than ExDialer dialer and you will face the same issue. But I agree that it is not related to Purity ROM because I observed the same issue on a stock ROM. It might be KitKat issue or something else, I don't know, that's why I am asking here.

What about me? I'm not using any custom kernel. I'm using purity's own kernel with nova launcher but still redraws. I tried using GEL aswell, still redraws.

Very strange... I don't have this problem. Have you tried a clean install?

Time to say goodbye - I´m going back to rooted stock.

Thanks @ Darios. Purity is a very nice Rom and would and will be my first choice, if I flash a CR again.

I tried no less than 30 times to reproduce this problem and i can't get it to redraw. My guess is that it is a certain app causing it. Try fresh install and reproduce it before installing anything. If it is fine then add gapps and try again. If it is still fine keep doing that same process with all of your apps until you find out which one is causing it. Good luck.
