So, I'm going to tackle the "custom firmware" questions.

This variant of the Galaxy Grand Prime won't see a custom rom soon, or better, probably never. Why is that, you may ask?

First of all this phone has passed its life span. Remember, Samsung phones have a life span of ~2 years, so official updates by Samsung either for the ROM or just the Kernel will never come out again.

Second reason, this phone doesn't have active developers, and, because of that, doesn't have a vendor tree which you require to do any custom rom (Lineage OS, Resurrection Remix and so on).

Third reason, this phone is based on a PXA1908 SoC which there is only one more device, at least that I know of, with this SoC and that is the Galaxy XCover 3 that is also dead.

I'm sorry to say, but this variant will share the same fate as the XCover 3.

I wonder why this particular model is having issues with getting a custom ROM.
Even though it has a rare SoC (PXA1908 SoC), looking through GitHub, you can find a Device Tree and Kernel for this model (SM-G531F).

network problem

i had deleted my sm531f 's root folder by mix xlporer. now my phone have no network on its emergency cakk but it can detect my sim card. olease sir help me. i want to my phones network again.

No changes in multi touch

I edited the build.prop with the code and raised the max touch to 4 but it did not have any changes to the multi touch tester I still have 2 multi touch any fix for this?

I have installed TWRP 3.1.1-0 img via TWRP 3.0.2-0 img section on my SM-G531F can you please provide the TWRP 3.1.1-0 tar file so it will be easy to install the latest version directly via odin.

None of the flashable TWRP versions read either Micro SD cards or work in USB MTP. This phone basically can't be modified. Who did has most likely a variant that isn't SM G531F.

Not anymore. I gave it to a friend I'm still in contact with but I doubt he's interested in entertaining this further. I remember we managed to root the phone, though I can't recall how.
