Hi, First of all sorry for my bad English.
My phone camera and flash light are not working at android Pie and Q.
I saw "can not connect to the camera" error when i used pie and when I tried Open Camera app I saw this :"failed to open camera. Camera maybe in use by an other app" (in both of them) . but front camera was ok.
Also I saw this Notif on pie and Q : "There is an internal problem with your phone please call with your manufactur".
However my phone camera and flash light are working well on Oreo.
So with this condition this problem is hardware or software ?
If this is a hardware problem how can I fix it?
