Emui 9.1 confirmed for Honor 10, any real improvements?

Since Emui 9.1 has been confirmed for Honor 10 (with open beta already live) I wanted to ask if anybody has seen real improvement over Emui 8.1 and 9.0, specially regarding memory management.

Is 9.1 emui availible for honor 10 COL-L29 in europe (im in Croatia), if it isnt when will it be available,.thanks.

Jist got,9. 1, i tested it on benchmark, 9.0 was 112000 with 9.1 130-160k and when in fridge 210k and 250k
