How long should take the first boot after flashing?
It stays on boot animation since 5min

This worked for me:

But now I get "com.android.systemui" force closes every seconds..

flashed [ROM][H60][4.4.4] CyanogenMod 11 for Honor 6 [unofficial]
no problems so far.

flashing liquidsmooth >> "com.android.systemui" force closes , phone is not useable..
