Updater always stuck at 58%

I'm trying to update to emui 5 for the last day but can't seem to get updater working. If I download the update via wifi, it doesn't dowload at all. If I use mobile data it gets stuck at 58% every time. I tried force close/clear cache/ clear data but nothing works. Tried to push update with HiCare but no luck. I even did factory reset but nothing changes. Do you guys have any idea whats going on?

No clue. You can try backing up all your files and do a factory reset.

You might be better off with emui 4 tbh. Battery life goes down by a few hours in emui and im not the only one with this problem. Im actually trying to downgrade.
