CM-12.1-20150513-Unofficial-saga.zip has a problem on system UI, neither clean flashing nor CM updates would work. It does boot up but hang on the first screen showing "System UI has stop". Thanks.

Because that's not how automated nightly builds work.

Also testing is the part why you are here.

I see Android Development is an open source community which means people help each others for the development. People doing thing on voluntary basis, though it is not a commercial community. So the community do need encouragement to make thing moving forward. On top of that for Saga, neither Kylon nor Mutaavalkosta has a device. I myself, as part of the community, are very appreciated their kind contribution to Saga ROM development. My appreciation also extends to those who have support in testing or other tool development such as recovery development as well. Thank you very much. Please accept my apology for off topic.

I also have the problem of seeing "system UI has stopped" right after boot. So it really doesn"t work out for me.
I have wiped everything. I am not sure, maybe there are some files which the recovery is not able to wipe. If this is the case I"d understand the problem. But if not, it must be the ROM itself. I have tried the 26/04 version and also the newest 9/5. Both do not work.
If anyone has a suggestion on how to proceed, please let me know.
Thanks a lot,
regards, newJoerg

Thats why you always should do backup before update, kids. I'm restored my phone from the backup and everything works like before.

CM-12.1 needs at least TWRP 2.8.1.2 to flash, so far,TWRP 2.8.6.1 is the latest for saga, otherwise it would not boot up. In addition, some nightlies also was not boot up as well and some builds was boot but hang on the first screen such as CM-12.1-20150513 & 20150514. You might try to flash CM-12.1-20150511-UNOFFICIAL-saga.zip which at least for me it is working fine. Presumably you are S-Off, otherwise after flashing ROM you will need to flash boot.img in addition before reboot as well.

Maybe somebody can help me, I have the following issue:

I'm running TWRP 2.8.6.1 from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2248688

Now I tried to install the nightly cm-12.1-20150511 and cm-12.1-20150513 with the same result:

After installing it and botting up, I just see the HTC logo for a short time and then reboot into TWRP.
What could be wrong here?
