TWRP has a screensaver, which gets active after 10sec of screen inactivity. Try to keep the screen alive during flashing.. *fingers-crossed*

Hey there,

I have made a new build of TWRP. You can get it from the OP.

I tested it, and on my end it just worked without any issue at the first go.

Have a nice day!

For me the new TWRP-build is as unstable as the old one
Which kernel do you use in TWRP? May exchange the kernel stabilize it?

Kindest regards,
chrrh...

Definitely not luck for me. It won't pass the blue screen. And the other 4ext recovery give me error 7 when installing the ROM.

In both twrp builds I use k3. When I put k2 into it, it will bring error 7 at rom installation.

I believe that the issue comes from k3, it still has a few instabilities.

Hey there,

I made a new build of TWRP recovery incl. K2. Also it was required to rebuild the BS ROM and kernel.

This time, I am confident that it will work on your end!

Have a nice day!

Looks much better now. A few moments ago I flashed the ROM and there was not a single hiccup. Even the screensave-mode in TWRP is working as it should.

Now I´m trying to get back in fastboot mode to flash the kernel.

Edit: After flashing kernel, it is now hanging at bootlogo. Does not start at all.

Try to make a "reboot". Go!

This time worked at the first try! The ROM looks good and performance is OK. Sadly since the WiFi is not working I cannot try more. Thanks for bring Android 6.0 to our Desire!
