flashing rom w/o sd card
hello i saw this thread

and ive got few questions.

well i wanted to flash this rom on my samsung galaxy s3 lte (rooted).
unfortunately i dont have sdcard.

so on the guide i just linked above says "Access to a computer that had AndroidSDK tools on it - you'll be using ADB"
What does it mean? do i have to download androidSDK tools on my computer? i looked for this on google and all i can see and downloaded is android studio.

next one is "Put whichever you want to flash in your android-sdk\tools folder - I would rename it to something simple. (My example which I'll be using for this tut is: C:\AndroidSDK\toosl\"
where is that android-sdk\tools folder? is it on my phone or on computer?

"Navigate to your android-sdk\tools directory"

the same question here, where should i navigate this? on my phone or computer?

Please can u help me out how to flash rom w/o sdcard?
