If you look at how different the partitions are with GPE because even at first with that a conversion would leave you stuck. If possible cool if not I'm still content with our options. #2cents 😎

Maybe I'm wrong here... But discussing porting actual Windows to our phones would be basically discussing Warez... No? 😉

This is an old discussion 😃 but yes you could call it warez when.
But 😃 WP is free for every OEM if the screen is smaller then 9"
The other way around is actually more warez because the OEM needs to pay for play store ( or whatever it is called)

But for one that doesn't care about WP you are alot here 😊

Uefi.nbh is missing and without that the os will never boot ( you can't take that file from another HTC WP phone)

And my post was more of a question... Not rule enforcing... That's your job. 😛

Not trying to offend anyone. 🍻

I think that there is actually another problem, I think HTC must leak an android boot loader that allows flashing a WP rom.
Because it looks like the android bloaders have no clue what to doe with the WP .nbh 😃

that is the encryption key for uefi i don't think its the partition layout

i do think though you can flash it in android you can overwrite the bootloader in android so you can flash android to windows phone but not the other way around

also fastboot maybe android but "oem rebootRUU" is a htc version of it with more options that mode can really alter the system and is where you need to flash it (it can also ****up your phone)

just wait for a more complete RUU this is worthless for now

for this to come into an actual port we're gonna need a few things that support android and the windows phone software. with grub windows computer environment should work but from what ive read and looked at seems like there's fail safes everywhere. one wrong number and paper weight.
