CyanogenMod is an open source operating system which is based on the Android mobile platform (5.1 'Lollipop'). It is developed as free and open source software based on the official releases of Android by Google, with added original and third-party code.

User guide:
  • Install TWRP 3.0.M5-0
  • Factory reset (only needed when flashing first time*)
*CyanogenMod says that you can flash CM12 directly from CM11 without wiping (not tested)
  • Flash ROM
  • Flash Open GApps or any other 5.1.1 compatible package
  • Fastboot flash boot boot.img from the bootloader (ONLY IF YOUR DEVICE IS S-ON)

What's not working (latest build):
  • Reboot the phone if camera isn't working
  • No other issues reported if there's any let me know

And the HTC One S lives on!!

edit

@cikoleko I noticed from your screenshots that you are running radio 1.35. Out of curiosity...how's that going for you? Would you recommend it fot CM12 or it's too early to tell?

How? I have at first flash three mount errors (failed to mount) in /dev/block/platforms/msm_sdcc. 1/by-name/userdata at /data: Device or resource busy.
Second flash two, than one and than none.... wierd. Booting now. Will see.
MD5 checked and ok.
