Not sure to be honest, seems to be a Lollipop bug which effects many devices.
I only just found that at the last minute before uploading and it's been a long day and night, with that being the final and only issue that I know of.
I figured it was a simple enough work around until I can fix it in the rom and post the next builds.
It's just for viewing the internal storage via PC that it's needed and may not be for everyone.
Using a root explorer, you can view your existing sdcard contents via /data/media/0/
So it's only needed for viewing files on device via pc, not on the device and not sure about each boot yet, haven't checked.

Yes you need S-OFF since you need to change firmware to GPE. SUPERCID are fast and saves you a lot of trouble.
