I managed to flash TWRP and also able boot to TWRP. My device is encrypted and TWRP doesn't decrypt hence I could not see my flashable zip files. All the folder and files names are with junk characters. Any idea how to fix this.

Edit: I managed by flashing unofficial version which decrypt internal storage.

Yep. Make sure to decrypt (remove your pin in system settings) before a backup though, as restoring may not work properly otherwise. I'm speaking from personal experience.

Boot back into system, remove passwords, pins, and fingerprints. Then boot back into TWRP.

I am not able to start ADB feature. After 5 minutes of "starting ADB feature..." it says failed.

adb backup fixes
OTA style update zips will now install automatically without prompting for decrypt
minor tweaks to handling date/time on Qualcomm devices
updates to some language translations

Decryption still not working even will all the passwords removed.
