Fingerprint sensor as a shutter?

Hey guys!

So coming from a Sony XZ with a dedicated camera-button I feel a bit disabled with the Pro. Is there a way to get the fingerprint sensor working as a shutter? Have tried the app Dactyl which work on some phones, sadly not on the Pro. Any other ideas or suggestions to get this working. Everything is stock on my phone but if it means that that I could get this working I am not afraid to mod my P20 Pro.

Your fingers tends to get in the way tough using the volume button.

The app Fingerprint Camera shutter does this job for me.
