Hello, I followed the Steps carefully - wiped system formated data etc. But I'm not able to wipe vendor - no option in twrp. So I completed the instructions with not wiping the vendor. Now every time I flash the rom it works but then when I shut the phone Down And power it up again it boots into erecovery which says that my data partition is damaged And then I'm stuck on the boot animation. What can I do?

I have the same issue, after I flashed LOS successfully (and booted it) i shut it down and rebooted into TWRP (I use OldDroid's twrp-3.1.1-0-venus.img), it shows me in the log:
Code:
Could not mount /data and unable to find crypto footer.
Failed to mount '/data' (Invalid argument)
Unable to recreate /data/media folder.
Updating partition details...
Failed to mount '/data' (Invalid argument)
...done
Unable to mount storage
Failed to mount '/data' (Invalid argument)
Unable to mount /data/media/TWRP/.twrps
MTP Enabled
When I now repair and wipe the data partition, the phone reboots successfully again. Any ideas?

Time to backup... one question, I'm leaving on holiday next week and really really need my phone to be pretty stable... currently I'm running RR by the "one who should not be named"... how's this in comparison with that "frankenROM"?

From Nogut, Go to Venus Twrp, wipe system, then format data, but "Unable to format data", "Unable to mount date"
Is this for encryption? How can I format data?
