Disable aggressive doze if you enabled it using any external apps, and enable AOD (always-on display) in Settings if its available, although it might drain battery a bit. Try grabbing a logcat using a PC when this happens, I will look into it.

I was using DotOS Oreo and it was normal. After flashing this ROM, with TWRP 3.3.1, I can no longer wipe, the battery discharges very very fast and I can not find the Netflix app in the Play Store.

Go to Wipe and touch on "Format Data", write "yes" and accept.... Backup all your files first, flash again, another ROM if you want

NOTE: These are automated builds compiled by dotOS jenkins about once in 2-3 weeks. From this build onwards, you can use the provided OTA updater app to update the ROM.
