Fresh Installation
- Backup your existing ROM first
- Perform a factory reset
- Flash the ROM File
- Flash Open Gapps of your choice (any arm 6.0 version)
- Flash the latest SuperSU package if you want root
- Reboot

Awesome work @ggow I would test this ROM but i'm having issues keeping my HDX charged and i'd rather wait for camera support. Good luck

- No worries, not sure if camera support is possible without binaries from amazon
- Will know more once I look into it in the coming week or two

Drivers always seem to be the big challenge with custom ROMs.

Nevertheless, well done! It's really impressive how many Amazon devices you do development for.

Can't wait to see how Doze will help with standby time of these tablets.

- I have identified changes in the kernel required for Doze, definitely interested in this too
- Once everything is a bit more stable I'll branch the kernel for a mild overclock too

When i try and flash this coming from 12 it says error executing updater in binary zip.

Well done @ggow, excellent work, flashed this on my Apollo yesterday, and right now exploring what Google changed in Marshmallow...
Coming from SlimLP and no problems when flashing in TWRP...

dirty flash from cm 12.1 was no problem
charging it up to see what the battery time will be ...
