LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8.1 (Oreo), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Best treble rom imo, almost no idle battery usage, normal to good sot, good performance.

Thanks for the great ROM, I am using the 20180529 with microg and it's working really well. The longest I have stayed on one ROM. Will wait for june patches for next flash. What's the recommended way to dirty flash. ROM + GAPPS + Magisk in one go, or reboot after every flash?

Dev can you please look into issue with slowmotion video recording?

Videos are choppy and laggy...

On latest AEX it is fixed, and some versions before latest.

Is there a way to assign Swype on utouch or long press to go to home screen? Home is not listed in the available options, on previous cm based roms you could edit fpc1020tp.kl but that file is not present

You can find that file in vendor partition. I edited it and set long tap to home
