Unable to receive unlock bootloader img from zuk dev website.

I received only the registration mail, but not the unlocker.
I tried with 3 different mail servers (gmail, gmx and my university server)
Can someone please try to receive for me?
Model: Zuk Z2, SN: HA0M7JZM

This is for the second command on all tutorial I found in the web. Basically at first I rebooted in fastboot mode using adb (what is working ok) and then I have to use this command:
fastboot -i 0x2b4c flash unlock unlock_bootloader.img

It is in the official page of lenovo/zuk

I'll try to find the solution in other tutorials for this, thanks anyway.

Have u enabled USB debugging and OEM unlock step?

Well, after read a lot of people with the same problem, probably I checked the wrong serial number, my correct serial number is 1f30bcb7.

But I have able to receive the img file in a temp mail, and worked.

I have sent email and then received email from the source quoting the serial number provided.. this is for specific device owned by the member for whom it is provided for.. will brick any other device

U need to login.
Create lenovo id, sign in then u will be able to download bootloader.

I am facing the same problem. Submitted requests to developer.zuk.com but got no emails, except the Levono registration confirmation email. Is the service still working?

From ZUI 3.5.xxx on you don't need unlock_bootloader.img anymore.

You need to allow OEM unlock in developer options first, then just unlock by "fastboot -i 0x2b4c oem unlock-go" .
If you did not allow OEM unlock option in developer setting then you get error message.
