D855 32GB, N&N Marshmallow ROM.
Any Ideas?

I tried this kernel again, this time on stock MM and got UI fc's again. I guess it's due to removing sharpening mod?!

I used few stock mm/lp roms with solid kernel without any problems. I don't think sharpening/kernel are the reasons of your fc's

Does anyone have display glitch? Sometimes when I lock the phone all colors get washed like pastel. I have this issue since I flashed this kernel. It's really a weird bug.

The OP still states that the kernel has Kexec hardboot support, but when flashing this kernel this was not the case. Somewhere in the thread I just read that it was cancelled for a certain version.

Will Kexec hardboot be implemented in future versions?

Nothing, the kernel doesn't mod/add system files.

I'm sorry for having left that line in my kernel description, kexec hardboot support was removed because it wasn't working.

Do you have plans of adding it again?

d852 MM
Does your d852 MM kernel work on any roms? Or do we have to wait for a port?

After few days of usage, I can tell you performance is slightly better (especially with the slow scrolling, it makes it smooth) but I was around 3h30 screen on time on default kernel, and here I can barely hit 2h30

I dont know yet if it's easy to go back or not, I'll explore this

EDIT : I'm on MM Stock, v1.6 since 17th january; made sure I had a 0 to 100% charge to calibrate battery + wipe dalvik/cache
